Creamy tuna in paprika rolls


  • 12 Red pequillo peppers
  • Fresh Tarragon leaves
  • 360 g tuna and sweetcorn
  • Olive oil
  • Black pepper


  • Fill the pequillo pepper with the tuna filling and tarragon leaves.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and season with some black pepper.
