Chicken tikka wrap
INGREDIENTS: (for 4)
- 320 g Chicken Tikka
- 4 Tortillas
- 8 Leaf spinach leaves
- 1 small Red onion
- 120 g sour cream
- Spread the tortilla with the sour cream.
- Fill with the leaf spinach and sprinkle the finely sliced red onion on top.
- Top with the Chicken Tikka.
- Roll up and place in the fridge.
- Cut into equal sized portions and serve.
